2017 is dead, long live 2018!

Alright, so, NaNoWriMo aside, 2017 has been a great year for writing! I had three novellas come out (Beating the Bounds, Wolf in King’s Clothing, Ward & Weft), signed with Dreamspinner Press for my first novel (paranormal m/m marriage of convenience ~Spring 2018), and signed with NineStar Press for the first time (sci-fi m/m novella ~Fall 2018). And while I totally failed at NaNoWriMo, I’m stoked to write that story in 2018.

Right after… (dan-dan-daaaaan) The Big Project.

Guys, I’m so excited about this! I first started the story in 2016, but got caught up with werewolves (isn’t that always the way?) and didn’t have the time. Now I’ve got the time (uh, kind of), and I’m ready to revisit the little town in Northumbria where all the weird stuff happens–and I want to take you with me.

It’s my intention to self-pub this one, as an experiment for myself, and I’m hoping you can come visit in Fall 2018 (if not before!). This is my first time self-pubbing, so I’m as excited – and nervous! – about that part as I am for writing the story.

I’ll be posting bits about the project – and snippets from the first book – as we head into 2018. Happy New Year, everyone!
